Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, or intrusive thoughts. There is hope. Many of my clients report feeling much more in control of their lives as a result of learning skills and coping strategies to overcome problematic symptoms. Using insights from neurobiology, I can help you understand and respect why you may sometimes react in problematic ways. We will develop personalised methods to calm your mind and soothe your bodily reactions.
Some clients then choose to do further therapy at a time that is right for them. However, many people find that two or three sessions are enough to give relief and enable them to thrive once again.
