Everyone’s Way Is Different: Therapy for Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ Folks
No Boxes, No Judgement—Just Space to Be You
In my work as a pluralistic therapist, I’m guided by the belief that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing—and that’s especially important when working with people whose experiences fall outside of what society often calls “the norm.”
I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with autism, ADHD, or both. I know that the world isn’t always built with your ways of thinking, feeling, or processing in mind—and that can be exhausting. Maybe you've spent years masking, navigating sensory overload, or being misunderstood. In therapy with me, there’s space to unmask, to be curious about how your brain and body work, and to explore what support actually feels supportive to you. We go at your pace, in ways that feel safe and manageable.
I also offer a warm and affirming space for people in the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re exploring identity, living openly, navigating coming out, or simply seeking support from someone who gets that gender and sexuality are not fixed boxes—you are welcome here. You won’t need to explain why your identity matters; it matters because you matter.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for who you are. I often draw on creative and body-based ways of working, because words aren’t always enough—and because healing looks different for everyone.
Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or just unsure where to begin, therapy can offer a place to land. You don’t have to change who you are to feel better—you just need space to come home to yourself.
